2. Our content belongs to

This website, the player portal, the skills tracker, the skills card design, the leaderboard, all coaching videos, mini-game instructions, drills, the written content, the logo and brand are the proprietary property of . All content is © 2026 . All rights reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, redistribute, resell, frame, scrape or re-use any part of the site, app, videos, skills games, drills or written content without our written permission. Sharing a link to the site is always fine.

3. Your account

Player portal accounts are personal to you. Keep your login details private and do not share them. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone has accessed your account, let us know straight away.

4. Lessons, memberships & packages

• Bookings are made through the portal against live availability. Online bookings need at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may forfeit the lesson or a lesson credit.
• The 5 Lesson Package gives 5 lesson credits that can be used against 1 hour tuition bookings. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable once issued.
• Academy memberships are billed monthly and continue until you cancel. Membership includes 10% off lessons and packages while active and approved.
• Schools programmes are quoted individually based on numbers, facilities and equipment. The quoted price and terms apply to that programme only.

5. Gift cards & vouchers

• Vouchers are issued as a code and can be used against eligible lessons or packages booked through the portal. If the booking costs more than the voucher, the holder pays the difference.
• Vouchers expire on the date shown on the voucher page, if any.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A voucher is only valid once the purchase is confirmed as paid by . Unpaid vouchers may be cancelled.

6. Content you contribute

If you upload a profile photo, send messages or add any other content to the portal, you grant a non-exclusive licence to display and use that content within the portal for the purpose of your coaching. You must only upload content you own or have permission to use.

7. No guarantee of results

Coaching is guidance. Your improvement depends on your own practice, fitness and commitment. We do not guarantee any specific score, handicap or outcome from our sessions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, portal or services. Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site or portal after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
