2. What we collect

• Sign-up details: your name, email, handicap and goal so we can tailor your coaching.
• Date of birth and gender, so you appear on the correct leaderboard division (junior, men’s, ladies’).
• A profile photo if you choose to upload one for your skills card.
• Booking details: the sessions you book, your lesson credits and any gift cards you hold.
• Coaching data: your skill scores, game results, messages between you and , and videos you can access.

3. How we use it

• To deliver your coaching, track your progress and run your skills card.
• To show you in the correct leaderboard division and rank you against your group.
• To manage your bookings, lesson credits, memberships and gift cards.
• To message you about your progress, sessions and reminders.

4. Where it’s stored

Your information is stored in a secure, encrypted database with row-level security. Only you and as your coach can see your personal data and coaching records. Other players only see the leaderboard standings and skill scores you choose to make visible through the portal.

5. Sharing

We only share your information with as your coach, and only to deliver your coaching. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are an active student or member. If you stop using the portal, we will delete or de-identify your personal data on request. Lesson and payment records may be kept for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kegsgolf.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

8. Cookies & staying logged in

We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in to the portal between visits. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
